Alano joined the Teamsters Union while starting work at United Parcel Service, just months before the historic UPS Strike in 1997. At that time he joined Teamsters Local 90 as a part-time inside package handler. After the strike he went on to served as a Union Steward at UPS for over 20 years. In 2023, Alano was elected as the Secretary-Treasurer & Principal Officer of Teamsters Local 90.

Jody has been a UPS employee since 1988. He became a full time package car driver in 1997 and currently serves as a Union Steward for the East Center drivers in Des Moines. Jody joined the Executive Board of Teamsters Local 90 in December 2018.

Since joining UPS in 1993, Joel has accumulated extensive experience within the company and, for 13 years, he has served as a full-time driver. Currently, Joel works as a package handler at the airport in Des Moines. Beyond his regular duties, Joel is a Union Steward, passionately representing and advocating for the rights and interests of his fellow brothers and sisters. Along with 29 years of stewardship under his belt, Joel took an additional leadership role in January 2023, joining the Executive Board of Teamsters Local 90. Through his dedication and commitment, Joel continues to make a significant impact in the UPS community and the labor movement.
